چکیده
Objective: The gold standard method for the treatment of rectal prolapse is still unclear. This study aims to share results patients who underwent laparoscopic ventral mesh rectopexy surgery prolapse.
Design: Only cases procedure were included in study.
 Subjects/Patients: A total 22 operated analyzed.
Methods: patient’s data evaluated including preoperative data, postoperative course and recurrence.
Results: Complications observed 6 early period (p=0.077). two patients, which resolved spontaneously during follow-up with minimal bleeding ileus. Mean time was 16 months. There no recurrence or mortality this period.
Conclusion: Laparoscopic maintains its importance as one most effective options prolapse, due high success rates, rapid permanent resolution clinical symptoms, positive effects laparoscopy on quality life.

Response to laparoscopic ventral rectopexy for rectal prolapse and rectal intussusception using a biological mesh.
We read with interest the article by Albayati et al published recently.1 There is a sparsity of long term data in use of biological mesh in laparoscopy rectopexy for the treatment of rectal prolapse. We appreciate the efforts made by Albayati et al in this study and note the homogeneous population in terms of gender, age and BMI. This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.

متن کاملLaparoscopic posterior rectopexy (Well’s procedure) for full-thickness rectal prolapse following laparoscopic repair of an anorectal malformation: A case report
INTRODUCTION Intractable full-thickness rectal prolapse (IRP) unresponsive to conservative treatment remains a major problem after anorectoplasty for high or intermediate anorectal malformation (ARM). Surgical management must aim for a permanent fixation of the rectum to the presacral fascia. While in children with IRP following ARM repair the optimal procedure has not been established yet, lap...
